If a bundle goes up for cheaper than a recently purchased portion of that bundle?

What are my option if this occurs?

One of the items at discount today is a bundle that comes to only $3 more than the single item I bought on Friday that was part of it.

(Creature Morphs HD versus just Creature Morphs).

Does their guarantee cover a desire to 'bump up to the bundle' like that?

A second item I purchased yesterday, was a bundle (ranger for G2F bundle), that includes a pose kit I'd bought some days back.

Don't think I've done anything like any other times recently...

I guess these help illuminate to me why there is a return policy on even digital items here - hard to tell from my invoices but I think I bought those outside of punches... If I did buy them inside of punches... I guess I'm stuck.

Contact customer support, they are real good at taking care of you.

Ouch. They refunded the base item at the sale price I'd bought it at, but did not add the bundle - and now neither is on sale.

ouch, you should have bought the bundle before you asked for the refund on the individual item.

I had no way of knowing if I would be able to get the refund. So I was waiting for an answer before acting.

Unfortunately no one seems to be responding to my original ticket anymore.

Does every inquiry to them tend to require a new ticket? Leaving comments in prior tickets doesn't flag anyone?

How long has it been since the opening of the ticket and the last comment?

My experience is: give them time, they will get onto it at some point and cater to your desires.
