Is Topsy required for SASE Welda?

I want to buy SASE Welda for Topsy 8 https://www.daz3d.com/sase-welda-for-topsy-8 but not sure if Topsy is really required or it can work independently. According to the title, I expect it to be required but it's strange that in the description Topsy 8 is not listed as required like many other products, only says that the compatible figure is Genesis 8 Female, so I want to be completely sure before buying.

    Usually, a character like Welda is a mixture of the morph set  (Topsy) and other Genesis 8 morphs. If there is a lot of G8 and a little Topsy it will look pretty similar. If there's a lot of Topsy then it will look more like Plain G8. Here is Wilda without Topsy
