    August 18th survey. I never got the coupon email.

    If you were one of the first 500 responders it was issued the following Monday, appearing as a banner at the top of the store pages and in the Messages>Exclusive Offers tab of your Account page. It expired on Sunday, I'm afraid. If you received confirmation that you would get a coupon and didn't get the notification, assuming you visited the store, then open a Sales Support ticket so they can look into it.

    Well, the survey never reached me, so I feel kind of relieved... By the way, does anybody make use of those messages and exclusive offers in our accounts? I never saw anything there.

    If you earned a coupon with PA Festival punches the code would have appeared in the messages area, as well as at the top of the page until you clicked its x button.
