Looking for artist to make poses for me. Will pay

edited December 1969 in The Commons

Hi everyone. I am seeking out anyone who is a skilled 3D artist to make a couple poses for me. I have enjoyed looking at all the makes that you all put on this site everyday. I wish I could become involved but I do not have the resources for it at the moment. I desire to have made just a couple renders made of a couple in a dramatic situation. I will provide more details through PM if you are interested and I intend on paying using money transfer or PayPal. Thanks and have a great weekend!

There are a few expert pose artists who provide some free poses over at sharecg.com. Some also accept commissions.

For which figure? JLK over on sharecg has released a TON of free poses for different figures (mostly V4/M4) and continues to release them regularly. I rarely have to buy poses now thanks to him.

He also releases them under the name Structure at Rendo: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/?search=Structure&expression=artist_name

If I understand the OP correctly, Patience, they are looking for someone to actually produce some renders for them, rather than poses. (a case of terminology trainwreck).

So is that an offer of commissioning poses or renders?

It's for personal use. In better explanation, I'd like a pose done of me and my boyfriend and it doesn't matter what morphs are used. Genesis, Victoria, Michael, whatever.. I thank everyone who commented with helpful tips.

To clarify - you want to recreate a pose from a reference image (like a photo) and get the asset, so that you will be able to use it for personal renders, right? It doesn't sound difficult. Which figure do you want to use?

Im not sure what characters Id prefer to have used just as long as they're appealing enough. I would however like a man that is able to have long hair since my boyfriends hair is past his shoulders. We're both slim figured and white skin toned. His eyes are sky blue and mine are hazel green so realistic as possible. His hair is light brown with some grey streaks and has a thin short boxed beard that's grey. I have medium brown hair down past my shoulders as well and feature a big rear lol :) I don't want my chest booming big as it is normal sized. Lol thanks :)

I'm thinking there's a terminology issue. I think the OP is referring to a render and not what we know as poses. Eye color and hair length wouldn't matter in poses.

Are you looking to have a digital picture created?

Unless they're talking about creating character morphs/textures?

It sounds like you want you and your boyfriend to be recreated in 3D, posed and rendered. Are you seeking just the resulting render? You need to be very specific so the person knows what to charge, and conversely, what they are being paid for.

It looks like Christina is using wrong wording.

So it seems Christina wants ART, not a pose. Are we right?
