This product really peaks my interest, I'm just not sure I understand how it works, I get that it's different than LAMH and Garibaldi, how difficult is/can it creating the hair? Sorry if these were answered, just confused but interested.

HairShop (and its sister product DressShop) are based on simplicity. Both use a few basic shapes like HairShop's 8 basic styles and a few simple sliders and tools to create 1000's of different new items.
Best explained is in how-to videos:
Watch the two "how-to" videos on youtube:
    HairShop QuickStart
    HairShop Advanced Modeling
    Laslo

    Hi dkgoose

Using the wave (pleat) function is not difficult but it requires trial-and-error.
    Here are the steps illustrated:
Pict. 1: Using the “pleat” tool establish a box where you want to pleat. Then using the slider slide it while looking at the model from side and front.
Pict 2: I also used the “Shape” tool to spread out hair a little
Pict 3: Finally, In Studio use the “Smoothing” parameters to smooth out curves.
As I said - trial and error:-)
