I know she works fine in DAZ studio and do not expect any more of the vendor
I just want to know why it is doing this for my own peace of mind

the right arm offsett
(not hidden body parts I did that)

I will re-rig it for iClone myself as a reimported obj using transfer utility
or just fit it to Genesis instead using Sickleyields clone
but
wondering what could be causing this,
checking weightbrush on joints revealed nothing amiss
I have just never seen this before

In Daz studio you will be fine, I even rendered a video of her wearing it talking and using aniblocks
it is an FBX issue as I said in the title
not the vendors fault as works in program it is designed for.
I was only trying to figure out what was happening for my and other iClone users sakes and still am clueless.

Appears to work correctly in Max, Maya and Motion Builder, which is our testing standard for FBX, since FBX is an Autodesk product.

(Also looks like Autodesk cleaned up some of the inconsistencies between the importers as part of 2015. :))
