A question about the Reality Plugin

What kind of lights is recommended for use with the Reality Plugin? Is it the Uber Lighting HDR Bundle or what?

Reality is a bridge that sends the scene over to Lux Render. The DAZ Studio lights are designed specifically for rendering in DAZ Studio which uses 3Delight as its render engine which is completely different then Lux Render. So in all honesty, you dont need anythign special. In fact you can use any surface on any model as a light source as long as you specify that in the Reality window. If you want to use DAZ Studio lights, just use the default spot light and distance light as they will be recognized as lights but they will act the same as a mesh light does in Lux Render. Also, if you name a distance light as "Sun" with out quotations, the Reality plugin will automatically turn that into a Lux Render Sun light for outdoor renders. Sky domes are not required (or useful) in Lux Render like they are in DAZ Studio. Reality will tell Lux Render to generate a sky light if you have a Sun light.
The plugin has several lights that can be used. There are also some freebies from Callad:
