DM Issue: Product Missing

I added a copy of the tutorial for Create 'Fiery Genesis' to my Product Library, but it doesn't appear in the DM.

How do I fix that?

    Curious - which version of the DAZ Install Manager are you using?

    I've got DIM v1.1.0.27, and the "Create 'Fiery Genesis' in DAZ Studio" product appears in there.

    If you go to the item in your Product Library:

    http://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files/#prod_13162

    ... there's a manual download link at the bottom of the page, for the times when DIM just refuses to behave. Once you've downloaded the ZIP, I believe you can drop it in the directory you've specified under (DIM -> Settings -> Downloads -> "Download to:"), then rerun DIM and it should list it in the "Ready to Install" tab.

    What do you have here? that directory? (if not, try placing the ZIP in whatever directory you have listed there, and restarting DIM and see what happens... if so, then I have no clue, sorry v(^_^)v).

    That explains it. I saved it to the wrong place.

    I configured the DM to install content on my D drive, but forgot to configure it to download to the same drive.

    EDIT: Problem solved. Thanks!

    FYI, It is DIM = DAZ Install Manager, DM is often used as shorthand for the vendor team of Danie and Marforno.
