New Objects Not in Carrara Object Folder

Have a couple carrara things I bought from Daz and let installer install them. They are in right directory on hard drive but not showing in the Object Folder . How do I get Carrara to update that folder to detect them?

    The little black icon on the top far right of the Browser may have what you're looking for. It is Browser contextual, in that if you have the shader tab selected, it will look for shaders, if the Content tab is selected, it will look for runtimes, etc.
