Ok, so about a month ago I bought the Wardrobe Wizard support plugin for V4. Turned out it wasn't as useful as I thought it would be, so I decided to try getting a refund. Naturally, I went ahead and deleted the plugin files. Unfortunately, I've never gotten a response from PhilC, from either of his e-mail addresses, and his contact forum is locked out.
Does anyone have this file? Is there any other way to contact PhilC to get this issue resolved?

Phil has a 30 day return policy for purchases from his store. While I've never had reason to ask for a refund, I've always received a response from him if not the same day, within 24 hours of sending the email.
Did you save a copy of the email requesting a refund within the 30 day return period? Have you resent the email? If you use Facebook, he does have a Facebook page as well.
Are you asking if someone has purchased the add on because you have a problem and want assistance? The only person you can legally obtain a new copy of the file from is Phil Cooke. If you have decided you don't want a refund and need a replacement copy, email him with your purchase information.
I've sent 3 separate e-mails, two to the site address, one to his yahoo account, all within 10 days of making the purchase. No response, ever. I don't know if he's just not receiving the e-mails, or if they're being screened by his spam filters, or what.
I don't know his ID on Facebook, and frankly, I shouldn't have to search around for other contact options. He has plenty of options listed on his site, that should be all I need. I've sent another e-mail to his yahoo account, but if I don't get a message, I'm washing my hands of it all, and this will be the only time I'll ever do business with PhilC Designs.
