Eye realism 8.1

Can someone explain me how to get this results for the eyes. I found this image here on another topic but i lost track where it is sadly. I hope you can help me in the good direction. I already altered the textures a bit to let it be more realistic.

I think you forgot to show what you are getting or how anyone can tell what you have to change?

I think you would need to contact the person who posted that (Rev2019) to find out what was done to get the "New" eye render.
