Coupon schmoopon sigh

I was transferred into PC+ this week.

So I want to use the coupon that comes with it that says:

$6 off $18 on Daz, PC, and PA items. Excludes new releases, gift cards, and memberships.

I have one PC item and two PA items. None of them are new and it tells me the coupon is invalid?

    Coupons are normally not valid on PC items

    remove the PC item asian court from the cart and it should work.

    6 out of 18 works on PC, too, so removing the PC item is not the solution...

    Have you tried spelling (caps, no caps), removing leading spaces, etc?

    Yep, it even lists PC items as valid.

    And even if I removed it, I still meet the requirement.

    I suggest that you try in the PC member section of the forum. The guys running the PC are visiting there, so they will be able to look into the problem. Otherwise, try filing a support ticket.

    Well, I should I guess, but I emptied my cart and started over going for the $10 thingy which didn't work either. I've spent literally hours today looking for DO's and simply getting tired of this place.

    My guess is Master Chen is the issue. If its "New", you cant use the PA coupon for "New Releases".

    And PC products are fine for the PA Coupon, but not the DO coupon.

    I was doing it right but it seems since I was just rolled into PC+ from regular PC and issued the coupon, something hadn't stuck yet so the coupon didn't go through. Master Chen was not new, btw.

    Anyway, instead of fussing over it. I picked it up and the other item this morning at 50% off--didn't try the coupon because with 50% off it fell under the minimum.

    I hear u friend. I know it can be frustrating, but take advantage of your perks. Thats what you paid for.
