Mayhem discount missing for some items (solved)

Skunk by AM isn't a new item anymore (I think since yesterday) but obviously was missed when setting up todays sale categories - it does not show any discounts.

    Both items are 60 days old today, having been released on 30th July.

    And they don't have the 'NEW' banner anymore.

    Btw. if they have been released July 30th, they are in fact 62 days in store now, not 60..

    I might be wrong, but I don't think these already have been reported to DAZ. Maybe someone just had a bad day.

    Yeah, you should submit a ticket. Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago - item was 63 days old, not on sale when it should be; submitted a ticket, and an hour later it was.

    We did report these and they have been fixed, though it may take another half-an-hour for the store to update to reflect that.

    I just closed the ticket that I opened half an hour after spiderland suggested, so that support doesn't need to invest additional time there.

    Edit: Discounts are working now, just in time before I need to go to bed (around midnight here), so I could add them to my cart before checkout.
