Punch Sale Continuing Tomorrow?

Will we be able to use our punches tomorrow? Are there going to be New Releases?

    I think that we should know if there are still punches this week which is intended to be week 5 of the PA Festival. I have bought nothing yesterday and I think that none of the mayhem items give any punch for this week.

    You answered, didn't you? :) But I find talking to myself invaluable, as I, talking to me, am never wrong- as we both think alike.

    As it's the last day of September (WOW, where'd it go?) I guess there really are no more punches. (or has anyone tested to see if anything is giving punches?)

    I believe that it is the last day of the PA festival and that none of the items gives punches.

    Looks like it came out around 8/17, so it's out of the sale period, but not out of the 60-day-new period.

    So one of the rewards from last week, carried-over punches, are completely useless since we aren't getting new punchable items to qualify for a milestone discount. It'd be really great to have a milestone discount on today's all-fest/all-back sale . . . which is undoubtedly why we didn't get them. >:(

    I am confused as to how we can tell what is new and what is not. Was hoping to catch FW Oliver, but he is not discounted. Is he not new enough?

    According to this post from Jack T., the PA Festival will continue for another two weeks. So there may be more punching in store.

    My recollection from previous punch-based sales is that punchable products only give punches on the day of release and the following day. If a product is subsequently put back on sale at the 30-50%-off price, it doesn't generate any punches when you buy it.

    My memory may be at fault, and of course I do not speak for DAZ. But this is how I remember it working in the past, and how it seems to be working today.

    Ooops, I guess that's in the Members Only forum. Sorry.

    What Jack actually wrote was:

    That's pretty much the whole of his post. I don't think I'm revealing any state secrets by re-quoting it outside the Member's Forum. In any case I'm sure tomorrow's newsletter will break the bad news to our trembling wallets soon enough.
