Skin Builder, Skin builder Pro or Amazing Skin?

Hi everyone I am a little lost.

I was gonna make my own skins, but its proving to be quite the pain.

I want a program that will give me some skin color choices and not have prominent, wrinkles, freckles ect so all my characters don't look like they have the same freckles/moles.

I saw Skin builder was on sale, but what is the difference between Skin Builder and Skin Builder Pro?

Then I saw the new Amazing skin, which looks like it just changes to colors not the texture, eyebrows, makeup ect.

Any suggestions on my best option here? thanks!
