the fabricator for poser

hello,
I have the fabricator for buy poser, now appears to me that it mawerick under mac is not running. how can I get in contact with the creator or does anyone here a solution for my problem.
I can not speak English which is a computer translation.

    It is probably your Poser version that's the issue - compiled Python scripts such as this needed to be recompiled for the latest versions of Poser. If you open a support ticket they should be able to help you or issue a refund.

    Click Help>Contact Us at the top of this page. Make sure you include the order number from your invoice, and your Poser version number.

    Fabricator for Poser was updated to work with Poser 9 and above.
    I have not actively used Poser for awhile, so do not know if the most recent version has updated Python again. If so, I do not have plans on updating any of my Poser products that use Python.

    I opened a support ticket and you referred me to them.
    I have sent them a private message with two error messages.

    my concern is about whether it will thus give an update it with my mac version
    10.9.5 and is running pose per game dev.

    I'm not aware that the Game Dev version of Poser uses a different version of the Python engine from Poser 10/Poser Pro 2014.

    Has anyone gotten Fabricator to work with Poser 10?
