Result Error Message

If i want somebody send a email or i have a private message with a appendix and want open it, the following message appears:


The form you submitted contained the following errors

You are not authorized to perform this action

Return to Previous Page

or

The following errors were encountered

You are not allowed to use the Email Console

Return to Previous Page


What's going on ?

    Not sure about your PM error, but as far as sending an email, if you are trying to send an email from DZ 3D forums, then the reason you get an error is because

    You are not allowed to use the Email Console:

    I understand correctly, it is not allowed to send a email from forum ?

    You can only send messages from yourself to other users using the PM button on the post page.

    A other user send me a PM with a file. I can not open the file and can not save the file on my PC.

    afaik the attachment button on the PMs is the same as the attachment button on the forums, meaning it only accepts image files, and only fairly small ones at that.(250kb)

    Thank you then i understand. The attachment is a Hexagon model file.
