Did I Miss Ron's?

I'm a newbie starting to figure this stuff out. I have come to realize I could use a number of items from Ron's but I can't justify the cost.

With all the sales going on, I am wondering if I missed Ron's stuff being on sale.

So this is a request... is it possible to have a sale with Ron's and/or a "catch-up" sale if those items were recently on sale and I missed it?

    His store was on the PA sale I think two weeks ago and was part of the catch up on Sept 30.

    Usually there is a catch-up that includes all vendors at the end of PA sale, at least it was the last years. So chances are good, I'd say. Check this weekend, PA sale might end then, as it was announced to be extended for 2 weeks (but who knows..).

    And check fastgrab often, as some of Rons brushes appear from time to time (at 70% off). Not as often as they did few years ago (I collected most of his sets on FG), but over a year you should be able to get some at a good discount this way.

    If you can wait a few more days, there could be another catch-up to wrap up the entire sale next Monday/Tuesday. We haven't been promised one so don't be too disappointed if I'm wrong, but it would fit with the usual pattern.

    Ron had a new release on day 20 of the sale so his store was also on sale then. If you want great value for money, definitely take a look at his bundles. He also very occasionally has brushes in fast grab,but being fast grab nobody outside of DAZ can predict when they will next appear there.

    I think the sale on the 30th was the PA catch up for last month. All the new items up to that point was back at the 50% off (for PC+, then the 3 for 50% for others). That's when I bought a few items I was unable to get previously.

    The thing is to check the store regularly. I usually check daily or every other day to see what's new... that way you won't miss out on things.

    Yes, for only the PAs' back catalog. Those happened at the end of each week. The new item catchup was on the 30th.

    I don't see the problem as OP is not specifically asking for new items going on sale, but seems interested in items from Rons catalog in general..

    I'm not saying it's a problem, however I'm pointing out the catchup for the PA items released last month already happened. To have those items discounted again would be unfair to those PA items released this month as we still have the PC celebration to get to. Not saying it won't happen because anything's possible, however DAZ has to be fair to all the PAs participating. If they aren't fair to all PAs, then less participate next year, which mean you get less choices and products for the next sale. So keeping your eye on the store regularly is the best way to keep track of what's going on sale.

    You're still talking about NEW PA items, while I'm talking about back catalog items. Please understand that I'll stop here as this goes into arguing and I didn't plan a discussion on opinions when I replied to OPs post. Another catchup will happen - or not.

    The back catalog for the PA sale were offered on catchup when the PA releases a new item that week. Catchups aren't for all items every week. My comments aren't opinion, that's how the sale was set up this year and I missed items I was unable to get until the final catch up at the end of the month, which I got both new and back catalog items.

    It's still about fairness for all PAs who participated in the sale. It still pays to look fairly often so you won't miss items on sale.

    Well, it sounds like there is hope Ron's will come up for sale again soon.

    I don't have a direct need for the products I'm interested in so as I said, I can't justify spending the money now.

    Daz has a paying customer if they do go on sale. While this thread has taken its own course, it seems there is a lot of interest with Ron in general. The point being another sale might generate revenue with Ron's inventory and not just from me. Just trying to get Daz to take notice. :)

    There already have been TWO days this month that included back catalogs from all PA. The first one was after two weeks and announced as 'mid month madness' I think (excluding new releases), the second one after 4 weeks (catchup including the new releases). We'll know soon, just take care you don't miss as these sales last only for a day if they are not extended. I for myself hope for Rons Powder, as this one just fell off the new items list and would go on sale then as well. However, good luck ;)

    Just a reminder - the catchup just started (including many new releases). Take care you have 3 qualifying items in cart to get full 50% discount if you are not PC+ member. And don't forget check out Rons bundles, they are well worth the money. ;)

    Only thing I can't find is the coupon for $10 off ><<br /> (the one you get after 5 punches)

    I really should have a look at Ron's stuff as well...

    That probably would be WEEK6-10 then, at least my larger one already works though not being shown yet.
