Contacting a Vendor-- In my case Outoftouch

In general, I would like to know how to contact a Daz3d vendor directly for any number of reasons-- a compliment, a question, a suggestion etc.
Specifically, I would like to contact Outoftouch with a question about their Safyrana Hair product. I would like to know the character(s) used in the promo for this product. I would also like to tell him/her/them that I am very pleased to find a product resembling Elsa'a hair in Disney's Frozen.

    Send them a PM. Click on "Your Profile" under your screen name, select member list from the breadcrumbs along the top and find the name there. Then click on the name and it will give you the ability to send a PM

    The name is Out of Touch with the spaces between the words.

    Safyrana uses just Giselle. As for stuff resembling Frozen, the hair is Nordic Braid. Totally taken from that film. For dresses, Fairy Queen Dynamic Royal Dress. I favour Wilmap's though.
