Anyone have these dynamic pillows?]
http://www.daz3d.com/pillows

I'gm trying to get Genesis1 to sleep on the rectangle pillow, but it keeps draping f lat to the bed and/or climbing upc and eating G1s face,C even though it's set to collide with his head. I don't want antsy of that.

What to do? i don't have the advanced pluginj.

This is DS4.6.

Make sure you have it set to collide with the whole Genesis and NOT to sub-parts.

You need specific settings to make this set work as intended...

Here's the video regarding setting the gravity parameters etc... http://youtu.be/7y6CZ577tK4

I only put Kids 4 on it - but that worked fine - really take a look at the video ...

You need the Dynamic Clothing Control plug-in for this to work. It is listed as a required product.

To be a bit more specific, you need the Internal Pressure dial on the Preferences sub-tab — and you don't get the Preferences sub-tab in the basic plugin. That's what lets you "inflate" dynamic objects, without it they just lie flat.

Thanks, everyone. But dang, I have to wait for a sale to get that plugin.

Keep an eye out over the next couple of days before the PC Sale begins (I think on the 15th). There might or might not be one final "all PA stores" sale.

    Where'd it go?

I installed it and now I can't find it in Windows > Panels or About Installed Plugins.

Did you install it with DIM or a standalone installer?

Standalone. I'm ngot really sure how to properly install plugins with DIM

The point is that DIM installs them, so you don't need to worry about it :)

If you downloaded the ZIP file for the plugin, it should contain 'dzoptitexclothcontrol.dll' and that needs to be put into the 'Plugins' folder where the DAZ Studio program is installed to (usually Program Files in Windows).

There is already a dll there called 'dzoptitexclothbasic.dll' and it needs to be renamed, by putting .basic onto the end of the filename (or moving it somewhere else) DIM renames the basic version for you when you use it to install.

if an item isn't big enough scale down the prop, drape and then freeze the drape and resize the prop and dynamic cloth back up/down to the props original size.
