" +30% OFF new items & artist stores" should apply to everything in my card, but it is not working at all.

Is anybody else having this problem today?

I am concerned because I can use this promotion today, and there is no one in the support dept over the weekend.

    What products are you trying to get so we can test it? Just show a screen shot of your cart.

    Are the checking to see if those discounts are from purchases made last week? The discounts are given every Monday; today is the last day to get punches in order to get a discount for next week

    Did they ever solve this for you? It's 6:20pm. That discount (are you talking 30% tier 3?) ends at midnight DAZ time. Is it still not working? I have tier 3 discounts and can test the cart for you if you have questions on anything.

    Gianni Pro Bundle was $77.47 in my cart.
    Not sure why. I don't know who the vendors are though, if they're in the sale or not. I am PC+, and tier 3.

    I just checked my cart and the 30% discount is still not consistent.
    I will have to pass at this hour and send in a ticket for help.
