I am one of the first group of people that supported Val when he first started and continue to do so. But, I have been trying to get some issues resolved for the past year and getting nowhere with it. Val, please remember those of us who got you going and kept you going and provide the same type of customer service we used to have. I am happy to continue buying your products; but, can not do so until I get the help I have requested.

    I doubt that Walle/Dreamlight ever sees posts here in the DAZ forum. Are you a member at the Dreamlight Club? Have you taken out any Support Tickets?

    If you can PM me with any Support Ticket information you have, I can get in touch with Dreamlight Club Support to see what's going on with the issues you are having with Dreamlight products.
