Lost individual channel... ?

My V4 has lost her front-back param on her left shoulder! Does someone have a way to restore this? It is not hidden, or locked (I checked that), it's just gone! Good thing she's right handed... :) But- she does need to navigate controls with her left and can't.. Please someone help her keep her job and not go out on an ADA leave... thanks!
