DAZ and PC members

I really regret that DAZ considers PC+ members more interesting than PC members who have not converted their account to PC+ yet since PC+ members get a supplementary 20% off reduction on DAZ Originals.

It is a new rule since it is not mentioned on the PC+ page:

http://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-plus/

I can always convert my PC account to a PC+ account but I think that I will better remain a PC member and not renew my membership when it will end next year.

Thank you, DAZ... It is far from us the time when being a PC member had it's privileges...

Edit: not sure that the reduction is 20% off but here is a screenshot of my cart.

I hope that it is just an error and that PC members will pay the same price as PC+ members for the DAZ Originals...

For the PC anniversary promotion we have tried really hard to at least keep things as they were last year - which they are. However, we have also tried to offer additional benefits to those who have made the leap to PC+, since they are paying more for PC content than the legacy members.

It's not ideal, and there will also be comparisons made from either the PC or PC+ side about who has the better deal. I certainly can't wait until we're back to just the one membership scheme.

Eventually the 'classic' Platinum Club will be phased out anyway, as they're no longer accepting renewals on it if I recall correctly. It's really up to you to decide if the money spent on the PC is worth the money saved across all the items you purchase.

For me personally, it's a no-brainer. I've saved far more than I have spent on the membership in the first few months alone.

    DAZ breaks the rules.

Are you referring to the PA sale or this one.. because if you mean this one, I'd like to know what we've done differently on last year, in respect to giving PC members less.

    Just for the record:
PC and PC+ members get 40% off all DAZ Originals during anniversary month.
PC+ members get an additional 20% off reduction on some new items released during PC Anniversary only.

The item you have posted is a new release that is qualified as getting 20% extra off for PC+ members for the TWO DAYS it's being listed on the PC-sales page
PC+ members were promised to get better offers on certain sale items in exchange for the higher PC-price being paid.

The item you posted also happens to be a new DAZ Original, but ALL OTHER originals not listed in the special sales section are playing the be same rules for PC and PC+-members.
I don't see how DAZ is breaking the rules, especially seeing how you as PC members get your PC items for $1.40 in this sale, while PC+ members still pay way more (for today's newly released PC item it's $2.24 with the increased discount).

For your convinience, I have added the screenshot of the rules, as available on the sales page http://www.daz3d.com/pc-anniversary-2014#
