Driving myself crazy looking for stuff

I knew I had the Slicer outfit for M4/Hiro, but a search in DS 4.6 turned up nothing. Looked through my saved old installers, product library in my account at Daz, still nothing. I searched for Slicer in the store, and found that it was part of the Hiro 4 Starter Bundle. All the items in the bundle looked familiar, I knew I had them all at one time, but they are not installed now, and Daz has no record of my ever purchasing that bundle.

Then I thought of Figures, Characters, and Avatars, a book for Daz Studio that included a cd. I looked at that in my product library, but it shows nothing about the Hiro 4 Starter bundle. So I actually dug out the physical cd, popped it in, and sure enough, there it is, Hiro 4 Starter Bundle.

So, one mystery solved, but that leads to another question. Why does Daz no longer show those products as part of what's included with the book, and how can I get those products to show up in my product history? Submit a ticket?

Submitting a ticket seems to be the best way.

I got the 'FCA' book through Amazon. I have the same issue, but haven't bothered to open a ticket. It might take some work to list all the individual installers, since some of those bundles might not exist anymore. I think the CD had "Michael 4 Complete" which is not a current bundle.

There was also that large content bundle on CNET. Same problem. The Daz store has no record of those downloads.

Technically speaking, you didn't "buy" those items, they were included as part of a different product (in this case, the book), and they weren't downloaded from the DAZ web site.

I don't recall that book being offered here at DAZ.

The book was initially offered through the DAZ store but they quickly ran out of stock. People that bought the book from DAZ had the content added to their purchase history, can't remember if it was automatic or required a request. People that bought the book elsewhere were out of luck.

I must have bought it at Daz, as it is in my Product Library. It lists some of the bundles included on the cd, just not all of them. I'm not too worried about it, was just the fact that I was looking for a product I knew I had, and couldn't figure out why it wasn't showing up.

I went through that recently, had to dig out some old cds that came with magazines I bought about digital art in order to get Slicer, Valiant, Lord of Battles, and the M4/H4 bodysuits installed.

The book was sold at DAZ originally, if you bought it elsewhere you could send Sales Support a copy of the receipt and they can add the contents to your order history.
