Problem with collar

Hi there.
Can someone explain to me how to solve this problem. When the character moves his head collar is a problem.

    What item is this? Is it being used on the figure it was made for, or have you used AutoFit to convert it to another figure?

    Apparently the problem is in the collar of his shirt. Twisting the collar get this bug.
