Clothes, hairstyles, props...? I would scout ShareCG for props for kitbashing purposes.

Poser Club has one, but you have to be a member to be able to download it.

Search "shop" in rendo, there are a pair of boutiques.

Additional props (benches, potted plants, etc). should be easy to find.

I would keep my eyes open for Valandar little prop sets, many would be perfect (lucky I got all the items in the summer giveaway for free).
