Aiko 3 Shapes For Gen 2 Female?

Here's a dumb question that I've bet has been asked about before, but I can't seem to find a straight answer on.
I've been pretty reluctant to give up my Aiko 3. Sure she's older than anything, and I do own the A3/H3 shapes for Genesis 1.
I would just like an upgrade, Aiko 6 would be nice to have, but I've already bought a lot of Genesis. i.e. the face/body shapes, one half of the Gen 3 figure shapes, the Tiger Girl and Bunny Girl addons, and Stephanie 5, that I can't bring myself to upgrade to Genesis 2 Female yet.
If there is a way to get A3 clothes to autofit onto Genesis 2 Female, that'd be golden. Shapes would be even better. Otherwise, I might just get A5 for the moment, and be happy with that. :)

As much as I dread saying it. I would not expect your A3 stuff to ever work exactly correctly auto-fitted that many generations up the line. Some things just don't auto-fit correctly at all. A similar question was raised on the forms about A4 stuff to G2F in general.
First you would need to re-rigged the A3 outfits for V3 and save them as V3 outfits, then from there up the line one step at a time (v3 to V4, V4 to G1, G1 to G2F). saving it each step. That is over my skill level, so I still have yet to make that skirt in "MyDaz Gallery" work (link in my sig).
Dose Auto-fit work below V4???? I've only noticed Genesis(1), V4, and unsupported in the selection box. ekh.
It might be easier to export the outfit peaces to say Hexagon, Silo, Blender, etc. Re-work the shape completely to fit G2F in one step. Shipping it back to Daz Studio, then redoing all the movement morphs and rigging from scratch. I don't even thing Fisty or SickleYield would go for that much headache.
there is autofit for A3 with genesis if you buy the iconic shapes
you lose extra bones of course
you then need to save as support asset and refit to G2F
Clearly, you haven't seen this little thread. ;)

I need more coffee, and to find that thread. Auto-fitting cloths from gen4, or something like that. Not all items work, and it was the controls I wanted in the first place.
I don't think there is a straight answer to the original question. It's *about* doable, and some people have done it with success, but it requires add-ons (plural!) and in common with everything else that's digital, there are bound to be at least four different ways of attempting it and they all use different ones.
And I suspect the methodology varies whether you are trying to duplicate A3 in an A3 outfit in G2F, or if you just want the A3 outfit on G2F.
Thanks, but why isn't it released yet?
I'll keep an eye out on it. Like I said before, I already own the H3/A3 shapes for Genesis 1. It's just that I've invested so much in A3 (and a touch into H3), and Gen 1, that I don't want to start all over with Gen 2 F just for Aiko 6, who I love the look of, but I'm on a minimum wage job here.
I'll have to wait for his stuff, I see! :)
If you own Generation X2, the Genesis2 add on, and the A3/H3 add on, that should be all you need to get an A3 shape and an A3 clone for autofit into G2F. You would also be able to port over all the A3 characters you own (shapes only, not skins). If you also want to use the A3 skins, then you need to wait for the product mentioned in the thread posted by RCDeschene. (or convert the skins to V4 UV).
A lot of A3 outfits are quite close fitting, and rarely includes long skirts, so should transfer over with autofit quite well. The problem is with footwear, which transfers over quite poorly (I have read G2F is a bit better at this, but I have not tested this).
