Here is my thing. I am from the southern US, and this mansion is what we need. I just wish who ever created it could have done a clean version of it. I do a few Kinetic Novels and this is the perfect house for my upcoming one, but in a restored state. Who do we need to talk to about getting this?

you could try doing it yourself.  Not that much needs cleaning. Just the windows, and grafitti.

It was discussed a bit in the release thread awhile back. Apparently it was purchased from a 3D developer and converted by a PA to work in DS, so i highly doubt the person they purchased it from has any interest in modifying it.

You might try searching for a mansion or plantation at one of the normal 3D sites like turbosquid or CGTrader
