High Collar Blues

I am trying to use the V4 Wonderland Queen of Hearts high collar jacket.

http://www.daz3d.com/wonderland-queen-of-hearts-v4

It conforms to the character just fine in the zeroed pose but as soon as I pose the figure, the geometry at the front tips of the collar distort like crazy. Is this a known issue with the item or is there a way I can fix it using tools within DS?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It looks as if you are using AuoFit to use it on another figure - this is something it's important to mention. If that is what you are doing then you need to edit the weight-maps so that the bits of the mesh that were too far away to have been caught by the projection from the figure are properly accounted for - that looks like copy the value from near the point that's being left behind to the point that's being left behind. For me, using Genesis, there's some distortion even in the zero pose. It probably is fixable, within DS, but might take several steps (use DForms with weight maps to fix the emsh in zero pose, export as OBJ, import, use the transfer Utility to rig, fix the weight maps).

Is this using Genesis or Genesis 2 Female?

It is the Genesis 2 female. I get what you are saying about altering the weight maps, etc. I'm not really that experienced with those aspects of DS but will play around with them and see if it works. Thanks for your help.
