Ripple effects for water

I recently bought the Viking Village, and I notice the water plane - when rendered - just looks like a flat, reflective plane. Is there a way to create ripples in the water, as shown in some of the promos?

I don't have the set, but suspect that perhaps you could use a bump map or displacement on the water to create ripples. You could either paint it manually or maybe find some pre-made maps to apply or use as brushes. Also check to see if these might already be built into the product, either as a morph that you can change, or as bump/displacement for which the values by default are just so small you can't see them. I often have to change the default bump values to WAY bigger values on many products because they are so close to zero as to be invisible.
Is this Poser or DAZ Studio? If DAZ Studio, are you using the DAZ Studio version?
If it's Poser did you apply the DS mat for that object to it?
I did a quick render. When first loaded the water is glass so I changed the Bump strength in the Surfaces Tab after choosing Water in surfaces.
The settings shown here are.
Bump Strength 200%
Negative Bump -1.34
Positive Bump 1.47
Different settings give different ripple effects. I tried Displacement but it caused black dots to appear on the water surface so trial and error with both settings might be in order.
I think I may have it licked - I checked, and oddly enough, there are no specific "water" bumps. The bumb applied to the water by default is called "Cloud". Go figure. There are no morphs, but what I tried was taking the bump strength to 200%, and the positive bump to about 13, and it looks like I made some natural looking ripples that don't look like etching or scratching, which is what I got when I increased the displacement and maximum displacement.
