paid for, but can't access Members Only forum

2 weeks ago I paid for a Platinum+ membership, which includes being able to access the member's only forum. However, I can't access it, have done what I was told to do in order to fix the problem (to no avail), then told it's a "known issue", my help ticket marked as "resolved", and then dumped on the side of the road (i.e. ignored without any updates or further communication, despite my further inquiries).

I don't think this is a professional way to go about dealing with tech support issues (and for that matter, contractual promises incurred when clients buy a membership).

That aside, is there anybody out there who knows a workaround, or how to solve this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience, it's something we're trying to deal with - but clearly we're not on top of it yet.

Leave it with me, I'll get it sorted ASAP.

Indeed, Sesame opened. Thank you Jack! I will only add the following: I have no idea on earth why tech support (where I would think this matter belonged and should have been solved) was completely unable to help me. Anyway, thanks again sooooo much Jack!

I find I can't consistently sign in If i'm using Safari again. I'll get an email notification from a Members forum, click on the link and get dumped at the login page. I'll Log in and click on the link again and get dumped back at the Log in page. From my dashboard after logging in I;ll try to go to the members' foruns from the pulldown, the screen will twitch and I'll be at my dashboard again.

Occasionally the forums will let me in, but if I try to post anything it dumps me back out again.

I can get in from Chrome, but I can't get anywhere else in Chrome since all my bookmarks are in Safari.

I don't know how long it will last for, but it seems the Sesame has opened here. Please don't change the locks again :)

Hopefully it will be fine, at least until if/when your membership lapses and you go to resubscribe :)

I also have frequent problems going to the members only forum on my Macs (safari). I find I have to hit the logout button from any page on the site that claims I am logged in, then log in again. Once I do that - I can get to the members only forum.

This used to always happen. But for the past maybe month or so, it has been intermittent.
