Why are all the half-foot markers marked as 5" instead of 6" as it shows on the product page? The info page says there was an update to fix Mugshot.jpg last year, but this is still an issue.

    Have you tried turning it off and on aga- uninstalling and reinstalling?

    Yes. That is the first thing I did. I even tried reinstalling with the Daz Install Manager, DazCentral, as well as the Smart Content tab right inside Daz Studio.

    If you go to your product library, you should be able to download the product as a zip package. Check the textures that come with it, see if the correct one is in there.

    If not...

    Well, I sent in a bugfix for a nasty collar issue on https://www.daz3d.com/bouncer-outfit-for-dain-8-and-genesis-8-males like six months ago, and it still hasn't been updated. frown

    I actually tried just that today, thinking that maybe the file was being cached someplace on my end, but it was the same version of the image that was being installed with other install methods.

    I ended up just editing the image myself in GIMP. frown

    Since you installed with all three methods, you probably have the product now installed in at least two locations, which may cause some problems also.

    No, because I uninstalled each time before trying the next method. I've also hunted down the files each time directly in File Explorer to look at the 'Mugshot.jpg' file that is the issue because I find that a whole lot faster than reloading Daz Studio each time to be sure it has not cached the file someplace.

    It seems that the fix that was made, was for a different problem, you should file a ticket.
