Hello!

Put down the bundle of Ron's Sci-Fi Custom Shapes Series in the cart, but then I realized that the bundle price is higher than the price for the separate units..

Ron's Sci-Fi Custom Shapes Series 1 & 2 cost 17:74 each (34:94 together) and the price for the bundle is $39.95. Isn't something off here? Shouldn't the bundle price be 28 something with a discount of 30% ??

Same here. The bundle stays at 39.95 throughout the checkout process.

I did not see any Discount on Series 2 and the Bundle.
Only Series 1 have a Discount.
I think this is an error and would be fixed.

btw. did anyone know if the .CSH Files can be used with Gimp or Corel PaintShop???

I don't know about the current version of PSP, since I haven't upgraded since version 9, but earlier versions don't have the Custom Shape Tool. In fact, earlier versions of Photoshop didn't have it. I do have it now with my current version, CS2, so it may be a tool that was introduced with the original Photoshop CS version.

I haven't used Gimp in a couple of years, and I never learned to use it as freely as I did Photoshop, so don't know if it has the Custom Shape Tool either. The CST is needed to use the .CSH files.

I admit I am curious about this custom shape bundle, but I'm not a photoshop expert.... And haven't moved too much beyond filters and brushes. I'm not entirely clear how this defers from regular brushes, and what the additional benefits of using shapes convers. I cannot really see the included shapes very well in the promo art. So not sure what shapes are included.

For those that are curious, custom shapes automatically apply to their own layer as a vector mask... convenient for editing and can be resized without loss of quality.

I'm not aware of a direct way to use them in The GIMP... they can be read and converted in CorelDraw x6 but that naturally relegates them back to "normal" brushes with no other advantage than being able to use them as brushes in GIMP or other software.
