Looking for suburban scenes and sets

Hi,
Do any of you know any good suburban, residential scenes or sets? (low buildings, and some green areas)

There are some wonderfull city scenes out there, but if you start to look for suburban scenes, it becomes a lot more difficult...

Any of you know any good park or playground scenes for that matter?

Since FirstBastion didn't promote himself I'll recommend his awesome Neighbour's Yard. A bunch of houses with yards and propsets to expand them. I got very good results, for my bumbling efforts, with it.

"Sector7 Street Scene" includes a recreational area, but might be a bit too urban for your needs.

"1940 Homette" is definitely suburban, but might be too dated. It has the advantage of the houses having interiors, though.
