Luxus Mesh Lights Question

Hello,
I wanted to set up a nice reading-at-the-fireplace-scene via Luxrender. I have both, Reality and Luxus, but Reality will crash because of the hair subdivision (but that is another problem for another time).
For the scene, I wanted to set up the fire-plane as a mesh-light, and the windows, too. While the fire renders nicely if I put the diffuse channel into the light channel, the windows will show up as white blotches. The windows do not have detailed diffuse channels and should be transparent, too - how can I do that?

If you turned the windows into light sources, they will act like light sources. So it is correct, they shine white. :-)
You can´t do it this way. Instead of turning the windows into lights, try a Distant Light shining through the windows. Like you would do it in DAZ Studios 3Dlight Render.
