SITC (Send in the Clones Issues)

I really like this program when it works, but most of the time it just creates one clone per the settings i input, and all the rest after the first are created on top of each other. So if I tell it to create 10 clones and input the coordinates, I get one that is placed correctly according to the input, and 9 others stacked on the 0.0 coordinate. I've spent numerous hours fiddling with coordinates to try and eliminate input errors, without success. Anyone have any advice in terms of what might be causing this? Or has anyone else experienced the same problem? I have the 2.0.1 version loaded. The same issue appears on all three modes - matrix, line and random. Thanks.
