I'm wondering if Draping/Pose Matching morph packs for the G2F version of MFD would be well received.........

Do you mean poses for the MFD to match the basic poses included with the Genesis 2 Female?

If I can be perfectly honest, I think adding additional morphs to the MFD to add more user control to the dress would be more useful. That way, the user can better adjust the dress to fit whatever pose they're using, rather than being forced to use a particular preset. More fold morphs would be great too; the smoothness of most 3D clothing is rather unnatural and can spoil what would otherwise be a very realistic render.

Just my thoughts of course. If there's a demand, by all means go with it. :) Thanks for listening.

Appreciate hearing all thoughts on this one......MFD was actually one of my first purchases......I spent HOURS trying to get a rather simple pose looking natural.......and decided to make my own clothing........simply don't have the patience to fiddle with dem bones lol :)

But MFD has some amazing textures, lots of people have huge collections and investment in MFD and the rigging and weight mapping amazes me.

I've been playing with this notion for a while, my draping morphs give that realistic flow to the skirt of the dress and with the conforming upper/bodice it is quite effective to use the draping morph and then use partial or tweaked upper body poses to create lots of different looks. Combined with the adjustment and style morphs already available in the dress........the potential has me REALLY EXCITED!!!!!!!

Of course creating a set of morphs for different custom seated, laying down and daily life type poses is almost a given for me, I would do draping morphs for the base poses that make sense for the dress (decided that I would apply that logic to all my outfits from now on actually) and at least one custom pose set.

So far the draping morphs I've done work very well with a wide range of G2F character shapes. I've been going mad with the dials and been delighted with the results, just sooooo much fun!

This sounds like a very good idea to me. Now, where's my credit card hiding?

    Cheers,

    Alex.

YES!!! I hate using MFD unless V6 is standing still. Any other pose looks bloody awful compare to the lovely textures it has. I hate all versions of it because of the poses. Love the bones on it, but hate the tube look when sitting.
