IM Crashing Following Update - Please Help

Hello all,
I just downloaded the new Skybridge model and at the same IM updated. IM is now crashing when it tries to install the SkyBridge and gives this message:
DAZ3DIM.exe caused UNKNOWN_ERROR in module "C:\Windows\syswow64\KERNELBASE.dll" at 0023:7645C42D, RaiseException()+88 byte(s)
Is anybody else having this issue and can I re-set IM as it worked fine before the update.

Well, first - a crash should be bug reported, even if it's a freak situation. Go to prefrences (the gear icon), View Log file and copy that into a bug report (click help at the top of this page, then Contact Us and set the department as Technical Support).
Now, try deleting the files from your downloads - you can do that in DIM by right-clicking on it in the Ready to Install tab) - and then redownload from the Ready to Download tab.
