Is there an Android compatible version of Face Mojo - Facial MoCap retargeting plugin?

I really like what the plug-in offers, but I'm an Android phone user with version 11 OS. Yet the Face Mojo product indicates that it requires Apple iOS. So I'd very much like to know if, either, is there a similar product that has Android compatibity? Or alternatively can the developers add Android compatibility to the product.
