problem solved... who wants a barely used thread?

Yeah odd to ask about another site here, but I think i remember people doing it before, I tried to change my password over there because I couldn't remember it and I am able to change it but when I try to log in using the new password, it won't let me in. I have tried to mail a mod over there but it doesn't work unless you are logged in and I can not find a "contact us" sort of thing so I can't find the place to go to for problems over there. Can anyone tell a mod that dasquid can't log in? they can find my email address because it is current. the site just won't let me in with the new password.

    Have you tried the old password? Sometimes changing your password fails, have experienced on several sites, and sometimes the old one still works then.

    Otherwise, if no one else have sent a note to the mods already, I'll be happy to do it.

    EDIT: oh, I can see you can't remember your old password. Have you tried the "Forgot Password" option?

    Okay that was weird, the site really wanted me to keep my old password, it wouldn't let me change it to something else, and it woudln't let me log in with the old one, but on a lark i changed it to the original password and it worked..... go figure..


    Thanks for the suggestion. i supposes this thread is lockable hijackable or whatever.
