War Lady not in Smart Content

Hello,

War Lady downloaded in install manager. But, it does not show in smart content. I finally found it in Content Library after text searching for "WL". All of my other G2 related installs get into Smart content just fine. Thoughts?

Thanks

Did you use the Install Manager to install? If so, looking in the Installed tab is there a tick next to the item?

Thanks for the quick reply. This has been a wonderful forum. Very helpful.

I installed with DIM 1.1.0.28. Here is a screenshot.

The tick means it thinks it entered it into the CMS. Was DS closed when you installed?

Not sure if DS was closed or not. Which is best? I know that I have to restart DS in order for any changes to update.

It's best to have DS closed when installing content, otherwise with both accessing the database things can go wrong. Try closing DS, and either checking Task Manager to make sure it has closed or just wait for minute or so, then uninstall and reinstall the War Lady, then restart DS and sse if the files are now smart.

Deinstalled, then deleted from DIM. Waited 5 mins. Checked task manager. Then reinstalled.

Alas, no joy. Still cannot find in Smart Content. After searching, it can be found it in Content Library. That will be enough. Still would be nice to see in content library.

    Thanks

I'm having the same issue. Will you please post here when you have a resolution?

    Thanks.

There is or soon will be an update that will fix the metadata.

And while trying to find the thread to say that I realised it was in the wrong place - so moved to Nuts n Bolts.
