I don't seem to have the advanced settings anymore, I own both plugins but the physics and other extra settings are nowhere on the tab, am I missing something?

    Yes, you are missing the control plugin. This is what you see if it reverts to the free version. Check your plugins status (About installed plugins) and see if it needs a serial number or you might have to reinstall the plugin if it got removed/overwritten somehow. Serial number and plugin download should be in your account if you need them.
