tray icon disappears

Once the program is open, and I leave the room for a minute, the icon disappears and so can't access the program. I know there's some key combo that brings it back up. Know that? This is the only program that does this.

    You can hold down the Left ALT key and tap the Tab key (just above the Caps Lock on the left).
    That switches between all programs that are running at the same time.

    That's it thanks. And I see Win 7 has a fix in task manager.
