Editing points on polylines - answered

I've just had a another go at modelling in Carrara after not using it for some time. I thought there was a way to convert a point on a polyline to a bezier sytle point that gives a smooth curve instead of a sharp corner. I've searched through the help file and been through all the menus I can see and I can't find it. I might be thinking about some other modelling program. Can you do this in Carrara, and if you can, how do you do it?

Maybe you are thinking of the Spline Modeler?
Attached picture shows a shape drawn in the Spline Modeler with sharp points and one converted to a bezier curve using the Convert Point tool (select tool and click point and drag).

Thank you, that's exactly what I was thinking of!

There seems to be some overlap between what you can do in the spline modeller and what you can do with sweep and lathe in the vertex modeller. I need to experiment a bit to work out which method is best for various types of modelilng.
