Does the closing() signal get called even when the app unexpectedly shuts down?

If it does a hard crash then nothing will be emitted or received, even a softer crash (with the reporter dialogue) probably isn't going to be able to follow the usual procedure. What does get emitted will depend on what crashed and when.
