I think that J Cade har used a wind node or some other means to achieve that look.
Stumbled upon these by chance. It´s dynamic items, so they don´t auto-fit but probably react well to dForce. Haven´t tried it out myself.

Those are Poser dynamic, not Studio dynamic. It's not that they can't work in Studio, but it may take a fair bit more work than you are expecting.
