Content Manager Database and 2 Computers

I'm using Studio 3 and I want to have the same runtime on both computers. I use Catagory View exclusively. What I need to know is exactly what files I need to copy to the second computer to accomplish this. I know you have to copy the Content directory and I know how to get to the DAZ folder in appdata. Yes, I'm using windows 7. Should I copy all of that dirrectory also ? ( needless to say, the CONTENT file ) Is there anything else?

The folder named "Content" with no extension is the only file you need for the categories database in DS3 (aside from your actual content folders, of course).
