Pre-loaded models are coming out "Square"

When I load the pre-loaded models in the software package, they appear "square" ( file attached). My question is, my path directory reading the information wrong here or something? How do I resolve this issue? Any help would be very grateful, so I can continue to do create with this powerful tool!

    it can be the paths messed up or maybe viewport set to solid bounding box

    Make sure the folder you installed to is a DAZ Studio Content Directory in DAZ Studio - it should appear as a top-level folder under DAZ Studio Formats in the Content Library.

    Much appreciated "wendy♥catz"! but wasn't the solution. that just gave me different view variations to the model, which appeared as "SQUARE" model. I will do a screen shot to better explain.

    Are you installing with DAZ Install Manager, or manually extracting the zips?
