Every single Actor I have for G2F is loading with a dialed custom shape I designed a while back. How did this happen and how do I fix it? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the G2F Starter Essentials and zeroing my custom morphs from the G2F Base Actor and saving it, but none of this fixes the problem. Actors like Giselle, Olympia, Stephanie, etc look distorted because obviously morphs are automatically dialing in that shouldn't be. .

You saved your morph with its default value set to 1 (or at least a non-zero value). Find it in the Parameters pane, click the gear icon and select parameters settings, then make sure it is set to zero and that its default is zero. Then go to File>Save as>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets and make sure that your morph is the only thing checked.
Thanks Richard. Is there a way to sort the Parameters list so it shows only the dialed morphs? When I click on Currently Used it does not show anything.
Finally found all the morphs for my custom shape and zeroed them out, then saved them as modified support assets. Now when I load the G2F base she looks normal again! Thanks again for your help, Richard.
In 4.7 Currently Used should show the non-zero morphs, in older versions it wouldn't show those that were at their default values - which is of course the problem you have. I thought you meant a custom morph, not one you'd created by setting the standard sliders - at a guess you'd done a save modified assets which saved the non-zero morphs in their current values; that's a command you should not use unless you want to make a global change. The best way to save a dialled morph is with a Shaping Preset, or with a Character Preset if you want material settings too.
